It's a new year, and that means time to work on a new you. Everywhere you looks "cleanses" seem to be the fad, so in this special serving of the Online Dish, I decided to try one for myself.
I teamed up with Snap Kitchen and their registered dietitian, Stephanie Hoban to talk about their 5 Day Clean Start Program.
The idea is to get all of your fruits and veggies in 4 juices and then finish the day with some type of protein juice or shake. The next day you have a clean start.
The great part is you only have to do their Clean Start program for one day. Let's say you go to a party and drink one too many, or eat badly over the weekend, just go to a Snap Kitchen location, either off of Kirby or their new location on Memorial, and stock up on juices.
But, is it really as easy as it sounds?
I decided to test it out myself.
Watch as I serve up my thoughts.
