It seems pop star Madonna is "playing us" a little bit.
Or maybe "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis is putting the “material girl” to shame.
A little birdie inside TMZ found out Francis will sue Madonna if she belts out "Girls Gone Wild" during half time. Madonna's reps say “Dude, don't flatter yourself”.
It's not even on her "playlist”. Okay. Fair enough?
Wrong!
Joe's attorney still plans on fighting this, because she put the Girls Gone Wild song on her new album in the first place.
Seriously?!
As if the Super bowl doesn't draw enough viewers!
Now it seems Madonna and all of her upcoming half time controversy just might be her best career move, yet.
